I hereby authorize the charges for service, repair and testing along with the necessary materials and agree that you are not responsible for theft, damages or systems and components failures in your possession. I grant that the vehicle may be operated on public roads. In the event that I do not authorize completion I will pay for all testing, disassembly, reassembly and used materials. There is a charge for all services rendered.

NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 70.001 TEXAS PROPERTY CODE
I am the person, or an agent acting on behalf of the person who is obligated to pay for the repair of the motor vehicle subject to this repair contract. I understand that this vehicle is subject to repossession in accordance with SECTION 9.503, TEXAS BUISNESS AND COMMERCE CODE, if a written order for payment for repairs of the vehicle is stopped, dishonored because of insufficient funds, no funds, or because the drawer of the order has no account or the account on which it is drawn has been closed.
